Avoid using scale at the object level in 3ds Max

This video explains why you should avoid using object-level scale transformations in 3ds Max. To recap, scaling in object-level mode will cause a lot of problems down the road. There are at least two reasons for this. First, it will break the measurement of the polygon modeling tools. And second, it will break your hierarchy animation when you create a mechanical rig.
